・The registration fees do not include the banquet fee. To participate in the banquet on November 10, please purchase a banquet ticket (7,000JPY per person) at the time of registration. Payment for the banquet tickets will be made separately at a later date. Please contact secretariat@icono13.org if you need an extra banquet ticket for your accompanying person.


・Invited speakers will be sent an email with a separate URL link for registration. Invited speakers cannot register from the link on this page.


・Please note that we will provide visa support basically to invited speakers due to administrative burden. If you are not an invited speaker and would like to receive visa support (i.e. in-person participation), please contact secretariaticono13.org in advance before registering. Visa support will not begin until the paper is accepted.
